TOPCOOL® le fibre di poliestere con la loro superficie specifica, assorbono molto bene l'umidità e la trasportano velocemente all'esterno dove può evaporare. La pelle rimane quindi asciutta e la temperatura del corpo rimane costante.
L'allestimento CoolDry® lascia traspirare il sudore verso l'esterno e procura un senso di benessere. I tessuti asciugano velocemente, sono traspiranti e ideali per tutte le attività.
Attraverso i canali della fibra traspirante COOLMAX®, l’umidità viene evacuata estremamente in fretta verso gli strati più esterni del tessuto in modo da mantenere il corpo asciutto. Allo stesso tempo viene anche supportato un controllo naturale della temperatura del corpo.
CORDURA® è un tessuto molto robusto, in poliammide testurizzato, estremamente resistente agli strappi ed all‘abrasione. Filati speciali, tecniche di tessitura appositamente sviluppate, metodi di tintura e finissaggio tessile aggiuntivo garantiscono che i prodotti in Cordura® possono essere utilizzati come abbigliamento da lavoro resistente e confortevole.
I tessuti rifiniti con Achievetex® sono idrorepellenti, antivento e traspiranti. Il sudore evapora all'esterno e la testa rimane così asciutta.
La fibra Sorona® di origine rinnovabile offre prestazioni superiori alla moda di oggi. I tessuti che utilizzano Sorona® sono molto morbidi, molto resistenti e si asciugano rapidamente. Una tecnologia ispirata alla natura conferisce ai tessuti proprietà idrorepellenti, basandosi su un sistema che non impiega intenzionalmente prodotti chimici di finissaggio contenenti fluoro. Una speciale microstruttura sulla superficie della fibra favorisce la formazione di gocce d'acqua e di sporco a base acquosa, permettendo loro di scivolare via e preservando al contempo le caratteristiche del materiale.
Il materiale Softshell con membrana TPU è composto da tre strati. La membrana TPU microporosa al centro, rende il materiale allo stesso tempo traspirante e resistente all‘acqua e al vento.
Le molecule d’aria si aggrappano al corpo. Più d’aria un materiale accumula in un certo spazio, più alto sarà il livello dell’isolamento. Le microfibre sono molto più fini di altre fibre. Quindi racchiudono più aria in un spazio meno grande e offrono un migliore isolamento. Il vantaggio: traspirante, idrorepellente e adatto tanto per essere lavato alla lavatrice quanto per la pulitura a secco.

L‘abbigliamento funzionale deve eliminare il sudore alla pelle nel minor tempo possibile e permettere la sua evaporazione.
La permeabilità di un materiale viene misurata in grammi per metro quadro in 24 ore (g/m²/24 h). Più alto è questo valore, più permeabile è il tessuto.
La capacità di resistere alla pressione dell‘ acqua, senza far entrare umidità attraverso il materiale, viene indicata in altezza colonna d‘acqua (mm).
Lo standard minimo è 1.500 mm.
Per impedire l‘entrata dell‘umidità le cuciture ed i fori d‘ago vengono sigillate con un nastro. Le cuciture sigillate sono impermeabili al 100%.
Questa speciale finitura rende camicie e bluse particolarmente facili da curare. La notevole riduzione delle pieghe migliora l’aspetto quando vengono indossate e riduce il tempo necessario per stirarle. La finitura garantisce inoltre un’elevata stabilità della forma e offre un elevato comfort. Per ottenere il miglior risultato possibile, è fondamentale seguire le giuste istruzioni di cura. Appendere il capo su una gruccia subito dopo il lavaggio, lisciarlo e lasciarlo asciugare. Il capo non deve essere centrifugato a velocità elevata né asciugato in asciugatrice.
Questo speciale trattamento rende camicie e bluse praticamente esenti da stiratura. Dopo il lavaggio e l’asciugatura, le pieghe risultano notevolmente ridotte, consentendo di indossare il capo senza stiratura o con uno sforzo minimo. Il trattamento garantisce inoltre un'elevata stabilità dimensionale e offre un elevato comfort di vestibilità, mantenendo un aspetto curato nel tempo. Per ottenere il miglior risultato è fondamentale la corretta cura del capo. Appendere il prodotto su una gruccia subito dopo il lavaggio, lisciarlo e lasciarlo asciugare. Il prodotto non deve essere centrifugato a velocità elevata né asciugato in asciugatrice.
I cappelli contrassegnati con questo logo, sono particolarmente adatti per stampe e ricami. La costruzione dei cappelli lascia particolarmente tanto spazio e permette così una sublimazione facile e quindi una presentazione ottimale del logo.

Per ogni tessuto vengono testate le condizioni di allargamento, prendendo in considerazione il livello di radiazioni solari che si raggiunge a metà estate a Melbourne, Australia. Un prodotto classificato come UPF 50+ è in grado di schermare più del 98% dei raggi UV.
